Christmas guilt trippin’ ghosts? Yeah, they’re the very worst.

After learning that Dickens tried to commit his healthy wife, the mother of his 10 children, to an insane asylum because he wanted to get it on with his young mistress without any hindrances, I can’t seem to appreciate his didactic works the same as I did before.
